If it’s your first time building, or if you have years of experience, we will ensure that the addition of a Hybrid Elevator to your home is an easy process from start to finish. We will assist you with placement, sizing and design options to make sure that your Hybrid Elevator is a perfect fit, every time.

Inquiry
If you are in the planning stage, already building or just want to learn more about our Hybrid Elevators, please feel free to Contact Us directly. You can Contact Us by phone, email or stop by in person to take a ride in our Show Room Elevator and learn more about the products and services we offer.

Project Meeting
Once you are ready to start discussing the details of your project, we will set up a meeting with you, your architect, builder, or designer to go over the requirements of your project. If you have house plans or blueprints available, please bring them to this meeting. At this time one of our Design Specialists will go over sizing, placement, finishing options and answer any questions you may have about our Hybrid Elevators.

Quote & Project Plan
Once we have assessed the requirements for your project, we will provide a Quote for the cost of completion. At this time we will also supply you and your builder with a Build Package outlining the necessary foundation, framing and electrical requirements to prepare your home for the installation of your new Hybrid Elevator. At this time, we will create a Project Plan to ensure a smooth and easy installation process.

Contract & Deposit
Once the Quote, Project Plan and finishing options have been approved, we will draw up a contract for the manufacture and installation of your Hybrid Elevator. Once the signed contract and deposit have been received, your Hybrid Elevator will enter our production schedule.

Elevator Installation
We will be in contact with you and your builder throughout the building process to schedule the installation of your Hybrid Elevator. Generally we will install your elevator in two phases: mechanical components will be installed earlier in the construction process and the finished elevator interior will be installed later when the home is near completion.

Sign Off and Orientation
Once the installation is complete, we will ensure that you are completely comfortable with the use of your new Hybrid Elevator. One of our staff members will personally walk you through the operation, safety features and answer any questions you have about your new Hybrid Elevator.

Service & Maintenance
As with any fine piece of machinery, it is important to take care of your Hybrid Elevator. In order to ensure continual safe operation and optimal performance, we recommend that your Hybrid Elevator receive a Maintenance Annually. Should you require Service or Maintenance, please Contact Us to set up an appointment.
Existing Build
How it works
Thinking of adding a home elevator to an existing home? It doesn’t have to be a hassle. Retro-fitting our Hybrid Elevators into existing homes is our specialty. With the most flexible, customizable and space efficient residential elevator system available today, we will build a product to suit any situation.
Hybrid Elevator offers Retro-Fit specific options that are designed to provide easy installation with minimal impact on your home. Custom sizing allows us to work within the space you have available, not the other way around.
Hybrid Elevator provides the only low voltage residential elevator system that operates on your homes existing power grid. Our “Zero Pit” Retro-Fit specific elevator model does not require a pit bellow floor level like traditional elevators. This will save you from digging into your homes concrete foundation.

Site Assessment
One of our Retrofit Specialists will meet with you to assess your home and discuss placement options for the addition of a Hybrid Elevator.

Preferred Contractors
At your option, we will coordinate the installation process for you with one of our Preferred Contractors. If you have a contractor that you would like to work with, we will contact them directly to discuss your project and supply them with a Build Package outlining the requirements necessary to install your Hybrid Elevator.

Project Meeting

Quote & Project Plan

At this time we will also supply you and your builder with a Build Package outlining the necessary foundation, framing and electrical requirements to prepare your home for the installation of your new Hybrid Elevator. At this time, we will create a Project Plan to ensure a smooth and easy installation process.

Contract & Deposit
Once the Quote, Project Plan and finishing options have been approved, we will draw up a contract for the manufacture and installation of your Hybrid Elevator. Once the signed contract and deposit have been received, your Hybrid Elevator will enter our production schedule.

Home Renovation
The Contractor will complete the work outlined in the Quote, Build Package and Project Plan to prepare your home for the installation of your new Hybrid Elevator. During this process, your designated Retrofit Specialist will ensure that the preparations to accommodate your Hybrid Elevator are completed properly for a smooth elevator installation.

Elevator Installation
Once the renovations are complete, we will schedule the installation of your Hybrid Elevator. Complete installations generally take between 2 & 3 days depending on the requirements of the project.

Sign Off & Orientation
Once the installation is complete, one of our staff members will personally walk you through the operation, safety features and answer any questions you may have to ensure that you are entirely comfortable with the operation of your new Hybrid Elevator.
